Michigan is the new Wisconsin... and this time, it's even worse.

As opposed to just attacking one essential plank of democracy (labor unions), the politicians in Michigan are going after democracy itself.

They are disbanding local governments and appointing "Emergency Managers" to take over the responsibilities of duly elected public officials.

This is literally Democracy in America on the chopping block - we ALL must respond.

Join fellow Democracy-loving citizens for a Public Protest in at the Michigan Statehouse in Lansing this Wednesday March 6 at Noon!

If you live anywhere near Lansing - I'm saying within a day's drive - you gotta go. It is that serious folks.

This protest is going to be huge. Mobilize as many people as you can. Even Michael Moore has written a letter encouraging people to join it (http://www.michaelmoore.com/words/mike-friends-blog/letter-to-my-fellow-michiganders)

Be there. Be inspired! We the People Win - We just gotta make it happen!
